By downloading, accessing, or using the Would You Rather mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and AzComputing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
You confirm that you are at least 17 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
The App may offer optional in-app subscriptions. All payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the app store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them through your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.
If the App allows you to create or submit content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AzComputing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AzComputing Ltd and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AzComputing Ltd is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
