Welcome to Truth Or Dare! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is owned and operated by AzComputing Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you may not use this App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We shall not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other users.
All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in the App, is the property of AzComputing Ltd or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
Certain features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App, its servers, or e-mail sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall AzComputing Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AzComputing Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AzComputing Ltd is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
