Effective September 2, 2026
AzComputing Limited ("we", "us", or "our") designed Truth or Dare: Late Night so that its current game experience does not collect personal data. The app has no account system, advertising SDK, or remote analytics service, and we do not sell or use personal data for tracking.
Player names, avatar choices, game settings, scores, question history, language preference, and other gameplay state are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Diagnostic funnel events produced by the current app are written only to the local application console and are not sent to an analytics provider.
The app makes a request to our server to learn which included premium question pack is temporarily available for free. This request does not contain player names, answers, game history, advertising identifiers, or account information. Our application does not retain the request's IP address or use it to identify or track you. Infrastructure providers may process transient network information as necessary to deliver and secure the request.
Optional subscriptions are purchased and managed by Apple through the App Store. The app reads a verified subscription entitlement from StoreKit to unlock premium packs. We do not receive your payment-card or banking details. Apple's processing of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Earlier versions offered an optional AI Game Master. When that feature was used, a short instruction and up to ten previously generated truth-and-dare pairs were sent through our server to an AI service provider so that it could return the next pair. Player names and user answers were not included in that request, and our application did not store the request. This feature is not part of version 3.1 or later. We recommend updating to the latest version.
If you contact us for support, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide. We use that information only to answer your request, maintain support records as reasonably necessary, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support message unless we are required to retain it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data for cross-app advertising or tracking. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf when operating network infrastructure, App Store purchases, legacy AI generation, or support email. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, our services, or our rights.
Current gameplay data remains on your device and can be removed by resetting the app or deleting it. The weekly-pack service does not maintain a user account or application database containing request data. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal purposes. To request access to or deletion of information you provided directly to us, email contact@azcomputingltd.com.
The app contains mature and sexual themes and is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and the current app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the limited information processed through our services. Network and support providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@azcomputingltd.com.
