Welcome to PhotoDedup! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhotoDedup mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is owned and operated by AZ Computing Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.
PhotoDedup is a photo management application designed to help you identify and remove duplicate photos from your iOS device's photo library. The App uses on-device processing and Apple's Vision framework to detect both exact duplicates and visually similar photos.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

When you use PhotoDedup to delete photos:
We strongly recommend backing up your photos before using the bulk deletion feature.
PhotoDedup offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("PhotoDedup Pro"):
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AZ Computing Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses Apple's Vision framework and other Apple technologies under Apple's developer license agreement.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AZ COMPUTING LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZ Computing Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
